MINUTES OF THE MAY 6, 2008 SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Board members in attendance-Diann Carran, Pete Guyton, Mike Hutchins, Wayne McCombs, Sylvia Swegle and Clint Ziemer

Special Meeting called to order by President McCombs at 7:01 p.m.

MOTIONS:

1. Motion by Carran to approve the Performance and Evaluation Program for Public Library Directors (PREP) as presented. Second by Hutchins. Approved.

2. Motion to adjourn the meeting by Carran at 8:27 p.m. minutes. Second by Watson. Approved.

DISCUSSION:

The trustees discussed the Library’s one year goals. The following points were among those that were discussed.

• By March 1, 2009 Online access will be provided to our library and statewide.

• By July 30, 2009 library patronage in the district will be increased.

• By July 30, 2009 programs in Matherville and Coyne Center will be expanded
