Trustees in attendance- Diann Carran, Pete Guyton, Wayne McCombs, Sylvia Swegle,

Guests-- Larry Stone, Chairman of Steering Committee,

Board retreat called to order by President McCombs at 1:15 p.m..

MOTIONS:

Because this was not an public meeting, no motions were made.

DISCUSSION:

The trustees discussed the future of building a library in Sherrard and elsewhere in the
future.
 

Better ways of communicating the library's value to the community were discussed.

The idea of forming an Outreach/Advisory Committee and inviting members of the
community to be members was discussed

The trustees agreed that our programs should appeal to as many segments of the
community as possible and that every effort should be made to reach as many of our
patrons and residents of the community as possible.
