Your Library is on the Ballot!

April 04, 2023

To address increasing minimum wages, the library is proposing a tax increase.

The question provides voters an opportunity to approve ("yes") or disapprove ("no") of a

0.04% tax increase.

Notice to Visitors: Please stay home for cough, runny nose, or fever within the last 24 hours.  Call to renew items or cancel program participation, or return items in outdoor return.

Instead, Sherrard Library relies on YOUR property taxes!

That's less than 1/2 %!

YOUR TAXES HAVE IMPACT!

- And So Much More!

From the Director's Desk:

It's the most wonderful time of the year, and your library is full of holiday cheer!  Many winter favorites return this month, such as Stockings & Letter from Santa, Take Home Ornament Party, and... SANTA!  That's right - Toddlers through Children Age 9 can visit the big guy himself.  Please note that registration is required, and households must choose one time slot for their visit.  Due to space, please limit attendance to registered children and 1-2 adults per family.

To best steward resources, the library will be limiting program participation to those who reside in the library district.  This includes extended family, such as grandchildren who reside outside of district boundaries.  Please note this change will begin for December programs and continue through the new year.

Registration for December programs opens November 18th, 10 AM
